Easy Edit won't work

My story is on strike. Or on hold. I'm not sure. Easy Edit NOT easy. It won't load. Help anyone?

haha! no don't go on strike! hehe, give it another try. the only thing i can think of is that maybe you were logged off? only members can EasyEdit stuff. other than that, when you click it, the editor opens up.i'm thinking maybe it was just opening up slowly.....? give it another try and msg me if it doesn't work! AHHHHHHHH! (the opposite of SQUEE)Nope, logged on, popup blockers turned off, privacy settings shut off (I was getting loads of blocked cookies). When I click The Evil Easy Edit (stop laughing ::grin::) the circle thingee just spins and then I get a yellow triangle with an exclamation point in the lower left corner of my IE window. Clicking that, it says "permission denied". Hmph. I'm almost ticked enough to write "Easy Edit: The Musical". ;) Do you find this valuable? |

ah! IE! that's a clue. could be the browser. are you fully updated? or do you use mozilla firefox?

I searched wetpaint central and saw someone else who had the issue. here's the advice given to him:" Im on a wetpaint site and i cannot edit, the website freezes up when I try and often freezes when I log in. Sometime it goes to the edit tool bar and it starts loading but it never finishes. " The freezing may be a connection issue. As for the EasyEdit toolbar, if that happens, click the x and it will close. Click the EasyEdit Button when you are done with that. It may load the first time you do it, and it may not. If not, repeat the steps. If it continues to not load for many tries, you may not have enough RAM or it could be a connection issue. Something that may work is to go the options on your browser and delete the cookies and history. If none of that helps, I will need more information.
